Last week was spent entirely on the 3to1 Studio: First Up where I and a team of twelve created Cyber Ninja. Cyber Ninja was a fast-paced action game where the player explored a procedural world collecting lucky cats. You can read more about the game here. It was one of my favorite games that I've worked on was is a tone of fun to play.

Overall I'm very proud of Cyber Ninja. It is a blast to play and is quite addicting. It looks great and feels polished for a game jam game. The team worked wonderfully together, and the game had almost no missing features. The file system was well organized, and the mechanics were easy to tune for designers.
There were some issues, most notable of which was the quest system occasionally failing the player for no reason. This was due to last-minute bugs that I failed to fix on time. Another issue was enemies being janky due to a poor animation pipeline and last-minute bugs. There were also a few communication issues near the beginning of the project, but they were quickly resolved.
