Micro Star Command Devlog - v0.3.0
Overview
This update contains a large number of UI improvements designed to expose more information to the player. It also includes a more comprehensive tutorial and many balance changes.
Features
Added a new UI element that shows formation cooldowns.
Added damage and cost multipliers to formations.
Militia Formation is slower but probes sent using it are cheaper.
Spread Formation probes are 50% cheaper but also deal 40% damage.
All relics now display their stats via tooltips and sub-tooltips.
Improved Tutorial
Added danger vignette effect.
Better money indicator

The rudimentary formation will no longer be removed after gaining other formations.

Adjusted Pacifist Faction behavior so they can more easily capture neutral systems, and will retaliate more reliably.
Fixes
Fixed Mk 4 missiles requiring Mk 1 instead of 3
Fixed probes freezing if the player has high-level probe payloads and reinforcements.
Fixed the info screen being inaccessible if the starting system was set >0
Fixed propaganda machines giving strength based on how many systems you have.
What's Next?
The next update will focus on meta-progression (progression that takes place across multiple runs of the game), this will likely take the form of unlocking relics and game modifiers through achievements.
