Week of Persistent Damage and Widget Base Classes

This week I finished up a system for saving the player's ship, saving damage inflicted on that ship, and repairing that damage. I also created a bunch of base widget classes for use in the upcoming new UI; however, I discovered a rather annoying bug in UE5 that prevented Editor Utility Widgets from being manually parented to a UEditorUtilityWidget, though I did, after far too much time, find a jank workaround.
