Oh So Many Meetings

This week our team size doubled as we gained new members from the other prototypes that were cut. Additionally, we entered the preproduction phase of our game, and as the engineering lead on our team, it was my job to help onboard the 5 new engineers, figure out how our oversized engineering team would be split up, and coordinate with the other disciplines.

To do this I created meeting agendas, miro boards, and coding style guides. Luckily I also had a dedicated producer to help organize the team, and she was able to organize the Trello board, take notes, and schedule meetings.
